Service & Parts
The Marvair parts, service and warranty department is open from 8:00 am
to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern time. If you need service on
Marvair air conditioners, heat pumps, or environmental control units
(ECU's) or our marine units, please call (800) 841-7854, ext 123, in Cordele, GA., during normal working hours. When placing a
parts order or requesting service under warranty, please have the model
and serial number of the air conditioner available.
For your
convenience at the bottom of this page a Parts Order form can be found.
The form is in Word format. The form shows all the
required information we need to process your order promptly. When
completed, please fax or email this form to the Service and Parts Dept.
at Marvair.
After hours requests for warranty service:
Call 1-800-841-7854 ext. 123. Leave a voice mail message with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Your phone number and extension
3. Model number of the Marvair unit that requires service
4. Serial number of the Marvair unit that requires service
Your call will be returned promptly. Marvair normal working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

As an added service to our Marvair customers, an extended warranty is available on certain Marvair equipment. The optional Silver Service Warranty offers a limited first year labor warranty on selected wall mounted air conditioners in addition to our standard parts warranty.

Instructions for Downloading Marvair Literature
In order to quickly download a pdf, please right-click on the file name and then save to your hard drive. After saving to your hard drive, then open the pdf using Adobe Acrobat and either print or view. At times, attempting to open a file instead of downloading can cause the file to open very slowly or stall at a certain point. Also, firewalls or anti-virus programs can cause errors or stalls. If you have problems downloading any Marvair files, please contact us at marvair@airxcel.com and we can send the file to you via e-mail. |
