ModPac™ II Air Conditioners Models AVPA24,30,36,42,48 & 60 (2, 2 1/2, 3, 3-1/2, 4 and 5 tons)
The ModPac II is a cost-effective air conditioner used primarily
for modular and relocatable buildings. The unit is built in
cooling capacities of 2, 2 1/2, 3, 3-1/2, 4 and 5 tons. Factory
installed electric strip heat and disconnect are standard on
most models. Accessories include supply and return grilles and
thermostats. The sloped top and built-in mounting flanges, both
Marvair firsts, simplify installation. All ModPac II units are
listed by ETL and tested to the Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Institute (ARI) Efficiency Standard 390.
Ventilation Options
- "N" damper Manual damper capable of up to 15% outside air. Field adjustable, no pressure relief.
- "B" damper Motorized, two position damper (open & closed) capable of 0 to 450 cfm of outside air and includes pressure relief. A 24 volt actuator motor controls the damper from an external input, e.g., a CO2 sensor, an energy management system or manual switch.
- "V" damper Manual damper capable of 15 to 450 cfm of outside air. No pressure relief.

- All Marvair units are ETL listed

Instructions for Downloading Marvair Literature
In order to quickly download a pdf, please right-click on the file name
and then save to your hard drive. After saving to your hard drive, then
