Rugged Construction
Marvair Marine split system reverse cycle air conditioners offer unmatched value and performance.
Reverse cycle means that they provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. The units are
built with capacities of 7,000; 10,000; 12,000 & 16,000, 18,000 & 24,000 BTUHs. The units use either
R-407c or R-410A refrigerant. Both refrigerants are environmentally friendly, non-ozone depleting and
accepted for use worldwide. All Marvair units meet all applicable ABYC, US Coast Guard, CE
directives and are built to the requirements of UL standard 484, 7th Edition. Marvair units are
designed for operation on 60 Hz. & 50 Hz. power supplies and various voltages.

Rugged Construction
- Mounting holes for the compressor are punched and tapped- no welds that can rust.
- The bottom of the pan is insulated to prevent external condensation, minimize movement and reduce sound transmission.
- Terminal strip for both the power & control wiring.
- 5/8" stainless steel condensate line stubs on either end of the base pan.
- Factory provided hold down clamps.
