Marvair Marine Chillers, models CHA Marvair® reverse cycle chillers, models CHA, are built in cooling capacities of 24,000 through 180,000 BTUHs. The CHA units use R-410A refrigerant, an environmentally friendly, non-ozone depleting refrigerant which is accepted for use worldwide. Marvair Marine chillers meet all applicable ABYC, US Coast Guard, CE directives and are built to the requirements of UL standard 484, 7th Edition. Marvair units are designed for operation on 60 Hz. & 50 Hz. power supplies and various voltages.

• Quick installation. Readily accessible terminal strip for power and control voltage. For freeze protection, a brazed pot on the chilled water line ensures accurate sensing of the water temperature. A heavy duty, multi-wire harness is standard to allow remote installation of the control box. (A five foot harness is standard, but custom lengths are available.)

• Interchangeable control boards. All Marvair chillers and air handlers use the same control board, reducing the spares requirement. It is easily configured for use with our various display/thermostats by simply moving jumpers on the board. The board automatically recognizes what display it is connected to and the appropriate icons are shown on the display.

• Control board can be set up for operation with a single or two chillers. For a two chiller installation, either chiller can be selected as stage one by simply moving a toggle switch. Preset time delays and temperature settings automatically configure that chiller as the second stage. On yachts where more than two chillers are required, multiple modules can be staged to meet the required load. Marvair Marine's unique microprocessor controller coordinates the operation of each module in addition to the seawater and loop pumps. • Superior Components. Coaxial tube-in-tube cupronickel sea water heat exchanges and stainless steel flat plate chilled water heat exchanger. Rugged, easily accessible paddle type flow switch.

• Compressor Soft Start Modules. Marvair's soft start modules can reduce can dramatically reduce the starting amps of the compressor, permitting the use of smaller gen sets.

Light weight, superior corrosion resistant aluminum primed and finished with a white, heat cured polyester.
	Factory installed wells and temperature sensors		Six strategically positioned screws allow the top, the front and left side panel to be easily removed, all from the front of the unit.
