The GeoScholar III units heat and cool the classroom at a minimum of
expense. With our highest efficiencies, the GeoScholar have a much lower
environmental impact than most other HVAC systems. The water source heat
pumps are designed to operate from a closed loop or ground loop system.
The units are installed against an exterior wall to provide fresh air
into the classroom. GeoScholar heat pumps can eliminate objectionable
noise from outdoor condensing units used in many school HVAC systems.
The complete range of ventilation options and accessories are available
on the GeoScholar heat pump. The units feature:
- Cooling capacities of 2, 2-1/2, 3, 3-1/2, 4 and 5 tons
- Cooling EER's 14.40 to 17.00
- Heating EER's of 3.5 to 3.7
- Scroll compressors
- Low pressure drop cupronickel heat exchanger
