The Classic 13, models HVPA, is our premier line of wall mounted heat pumps. The Classic 13 heat pumps use the non-ozone depleting R-410A refrigerant. A scroll compressor, an axial outdoor fan and an electronically commutated indoor blower motor all contribute to make the Classic 13 the quietest wall mounted heat pump we've ever built. The units also feature our highest efficiency ratings with ARI certified EER's of up to 12.30.
The Classic 12, HVP models, is our line of high efficiency units
that use R-22 refrigerant. With an SEER of 12, the HVP models exceed
Federal efficiency standards by 23%. In addition, the Classic 12 was
designed to be used in ducted applications and can deliver conditioned
air against a static pressure of up to .5 IWG.
The Classic AVP models are the wall mount heat pump for the budget driven. They have certified EER's of up to 9.4 and SEER's of up to 10.2 and meet all applicable federal efficiency standards for wall mounted heat pumps.
All Classic heat pumps are available to meet various ventilation requirements. All Marvair ventilation options are non-removable and factory installed and tested to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
